Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or your item is faulty, this page explains how to request a return, exchange or refund.

Your legal right to cancel (online orders)

If you are a UK consumer and you buy goods online, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us. To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at info@spazadeli.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.

Items that cannot be returned

Your cancellation right does not apply to some items, for example:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Perishable goods
  • Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened
  • Digital downloads once you have started the download

We will always tell you on the product page if an item cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Condition of returned items

You may handle the goods to decide if you are happy with them, in the same way you would in a shop. If the value of the goods has been reduced by your handling them beyond this, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

How to return an item

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@spazadeli.co.uk with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Details of the item you want to return
  • The reason for the return

We will provide you with the return address and any relevant instructions.

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Where possible, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. If you cancelled before the order was dispatched, we will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation request.

Delivery charges:

  • If you cancel your whole order within the legal cooling off period, we will refund the standard delivery cost.
  • We do not refund any extra cost you paid for express or next day delivery.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you tell us within 30 days of delivery that the item is faulty, you may be entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement instead.
