Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales. We do not deliver to Channel Islands / Isle of Man / international destinations at this time.

Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 3 working days after you receive your order confirmation email. During busy periods (for example sale events or Christmas) processing may take a little longer.

Delivery options and times
We offer the following delivery options within the UK:

Standard delivery: 3 working days. Delivery times are estimates only. Once your order has been handed to the courier, delays that are outside our control (such as bad weather or courier issues) may occur.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method, order value and delivery address. Any delivery promotions will be clearly shown on the product or checkout pages.

Order tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details (where available). If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [support email] with your order number.

Failed delivery & incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or after failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge an additional delivery fee to resend your order.

Missing or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 6 days of delivery at info@spazadeli.co.uk with your order number and photos of the parcel and items. This does not affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
